Terms of Service

By using WebsitesForFree ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered accounts, and paying subscribers.

WebsitesForFree provides:

• Free website design — a professional designer will build a one-page website based on the information you submit. There is no charge for the design work.
• Hosting and support subscription — for $15/month we host your website, keep it live, and provide ongoing content updates and support.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion before work begins.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or on behalf of any unlawful activity.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to the Service.

The hosting and support subscription is billed monthly at $15/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment cannot be collected, your site may be taken offline.

After you submit your intake form, we will build your website and send you a private preview link within 72 hours. You will have up to 3 revision rounds to request changes before your site goes live. Once your site is live, reasonable content updates are included in your subscription.

We make reasonable efforts to match your preferences but the final creative direction is at the discretion of our designer. We do not guarantee any specific design outcome.

You retain ownership of any content, photos, or business information you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it solely to build and display your website.

You confirm that you have the right to use any content you submit (including photos and trademarks) and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Where you do not provide your own photos, we may generate custom images using AI tools on your behalf. These images are created specifically for your website. You may use them only in connection with the website we build for you.

The website we build for you is yours. If you cancel your subscription and request your source files, we will provide them within 14 days so you can host the site elsewhere.

While your subscription is active, we retain the right to host your site on our infrastructure.

You may not use the Service to create websites for:

• Illegal products or services.
• Adult content, gambling, or weapons.
• Spam, phishing, or any deceptive activity.
• Any purpose that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any site and terminate any account that violates these terms without notice or refund.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your website will achieve any particular business result. We are not responsible for lost revenue, traffic, or any indirect or consequential damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebsitesForFree operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
